- Rainwater Systems: Install, repair, and replace gutters, fascia, spouting, downpipes, and rainwater drainage systems[cite: 16].
- Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine roof inspections, leak detection, and maintenance to extend roof lifespan[cite: 16].
- Waterproofing: Install roof flashings, ridge caps, and waterproofing systems[cite: 16].
- Site Preparation: Remove old roofing materials, clear moss, lichen, algae, and debris, and prepare roof surfaces[cite: 16].
- Safety & Compliance: Safely operate EWPS, scaffolding, ladders, and fall-arrest equipment to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations[cite: 16].
