Key Responsibilities:
- Roofing & Cladding: Install new roofs, reroofing projects, long run metal roofing colorsteel corrugated iron, and wall/roof cladding.[cite: 13, 16]
- Rainwater Systems: Install, repair, and replace gutters, fascia, spouting, downpipes, and rainwater drainage systems.[cite: 13, 14, 15, 16]
- Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine roof inspections, leak detection, and maintenance to extend roof lifespan.[cite: 13, 14, 16]
- Waterproofing: Install roof flashings, ridge caps, and waterproofing systems.[cite: 13, 14, 15, 16]
- Site Preparation: Remove old roofing materials, clear moss, lichen, algae, and debris, and prepare roof surfaces.[cite: 13, 14, 16]
- Safety & Compliance: Safely operate EWPS, scaffolding, ladders, and fall-arrest equipment to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.[cite: 13, 14, 16]
